Woke up when Mayyen's phone alarm rang .
Brush teeth :O . kept sleeping bag . tie hair . den change shoe .
go put things den go hall for Morning PT :O .
have to form rows and form in band level until alumni is satisfied with our speed :O .
Bad luck D: . when form 1 row . fell down . Oww . both my knees have bruise . >< . oww . hurts when doing push-up D: .

leg pain when walk . told senior tat i sprain ankle . cos it seems like . den fall in at dunno wat room ;x . to decide which section to bath first . while deciding . alumni check wo de leg .

went to bath . walk with another fren tat her leg oso very pain .

i fall out from PT . leg can hardly move :O .
